Cheeseball
Most people think cheese balls are a holiday thing, but for us—they’re an anytime favorite. Especially during long swim meets or lakeside family vacations. 💦☀️

Just 3 ingredients: cream cheese, green onions, and canned dried beef (I use Armour—found by the tuna). That’s it! No fancy toppings, no extras. It’s simple, savory, and always a hit. I spread it on a platter with crackers and watch it disappear. 🧀✨
This was the go-to meal at all-day swim meets, packed in a container with Ritz and pulled out when everyone was starving. And yes—it made an appearance at our recent lake trip too, along with 7-layer dip and cold watermelon. Snack heaven! 😋

Cheeseball
This easy cheeseball has been a staple in our family for years. With just cream cheese, green onions, and dried beef, it comes together in minutes and disappears even faster. Whether you’re hosting a party, heading to a swim meet, or planning lake day snacks, this savory appetizer hits the spot every time.

Instructions:
- Let cream cheese soften at room temperature for easier mixing.
- Chop the green onions and dried beef.
- In a bowl, mix everything together with a spoon until well combined.
- – Optional shortcut: use the dough hook on your stand mixer for a quick mix if the cream cheese is still firm.
- Shape into a ball and place on a platter surrounded by crackers (we love it with Ritz!).
- Serve cold. No need for a coating or topping—just the creamy, savory goodness!
