Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups flour
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup oil
  • Blueberries add to taste

Method
 

  1. Mix wet and dry separately, then combine and cook on a hot griddle until golden. So easy, and they freeze and reheat like a dream!
