Breakfast Bombs (Easy Sausage, Egg & Cheese Biscuit Bombs)

These Breakfast Bombs are stuffed with fluffy scrambled eggs, sausage, and melted cheese, all wrapped in golden biscuit dough. They’re quick, hearty, and perfect for grab-and-go mornings.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans large biscuits 16 biscuits total
  • 1 lb breakfast sausage
  • 12 large eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • cups shredded cheese cheddar or your favorite
  • 16 slices cheese optional

Method
 

Preheat
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a large cookie sheet with parchment or lightly grease it.
Cook the Sausage
  1. Brown the sausage in a skillet over medium heat. Remove the sausage and leave the grease in the pan.
Scramble the Eggs
  1. Whisk the eggs with salt, pour into the pan, and scramble over medium-low heat. When done, stir in the shredded cheese.
Assemble
  1. Flatten each biscuit.
  2. Add a slice of cheese (optional), then a spoonful of sausage and about 3 tbsp of the egg mixture.
  3. Pull the edges of the biscuit up and over the filling and pinch to seal.
  4. Place seam-side down on the cookie sheet.
Bake
  1. Bake 13–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Serve
  1. Let them cool slightly and enjoy warm! They reheat well and are perfect for busy mornings.

Notes

Customize with veggies or bacon.
