Easy Shrimp & Broccoli Stir Fry

A simple shrimp and broccoli stir fry that’s low-carb, freezer-friendly, and bursting with flavor. The easiest dinner you’ll make this week!

Ingredients:
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1.5 lbs medium shrimp peeled & deveined
  • 24 oz broccoli florets
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds for garnish
  • 1 green onion thinly sliced (for garnish)
For the sauce:
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar packed
  • 1 tbsp freshly grated ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • Optional: 1 tsp Sriracha for a kick! 🌶️

Method
 

Instructions:
  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink.
  2. Toss in the broccoli and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until tender.
  3. Pour in the sauce and stir until thickened, about 1-2 minutes.
  4. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onion.
