Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In an oven-proof skillet, stir together cream, sun-dried tomatoes, spinach & garlic.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper & paprika and nestle it into the sauce.
- Top with Parmesan & dot with butter.
- Bake 30–35 min, until chicken reaches 165°F.
- Let rest under foil 5 min.
- Garnish with parsley and serve over rice or mashed potatoes… and spoon that sauce over EVERYTHING.
