Instructions:
- Heat oven to 350°F and grease your baking dish. Add biscuit pieces in an even layer.
- Top with cooked sausage and cheese.
- Beat eggs and milk, then pour over the casserole.
- Make a quick gravy with sausage grease, flour, salt, and milk. Stir until thick.
- Pour gravy on top and bake for 35–45 minutes, until the top is golden.
- Cool slightly and serve warm.
Notes
Make-ahead tip:
Fully bake, then refrigerate overnight. To reheat, cover with foil and warm at 350°F for 15–20 minutes, removing foil for the last 5 to crisp the top.
