Ingredients

Burger Mix:
  • 1 lb ground beef 80/20 works great
  • 8 oz white cheddar grated
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp sour cream
  • Bacon bits as much as you like—I did a handful

Method

Grilling Steps:
  1. Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high (you don’t want it scorching hot—lesson learned!).
  2. Place the beef balls on the griddle.
  3. Use parchment paper between the burger and the smasher to press them flat.
  4. Cook for about 5 minutes, flip, and cook a few minutes longer on the other side.
  5. Butter your buns and toast them on the grill during the last minute of cooking.
🍔 Burger Build:
  1. We stacked ours with:
  2. Lettuce
  3. Tomato
  4. Pickles
  5. Ketchup + mustard
  6. (But build it however you love your burger!)
