Method
- Pop the popcorn and place it in a large bowl. Remove any unpopped kernels.
- Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat. Add the marshmallows and stir until smooth. Remove from heat and add vanilla.
- Pour the marshmallow mixture over the popcorn and gently stir to coat.
- Add the Golden Grahams and mix until combined.
- Stir in half the chocolate chips, keeping the mixture gentle so they don’t melt completely.
- Spread onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet and sprinkle the rest of the chocolate chips on top.
- Cool for about 20 minutes, then break apart and enjoy!
