S’mores Popcorn (Gooey, Crunchy, Chocolatey Perfection!)

Crunchy popcorn coated in warm marshmallow, mixed with Golden Grahams, and topped with chocolate chips for the perfect gooey s’mores-inspired treat. Ready in minutes and perfect for movie nights or holiday snacking.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup unpopped popcorn makes about 10 cups popped
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 5 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups Golden Grahams cereal
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Pop the popcorn and place it in a large bowl. Remove any unpopped kernels.
  2. Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat. Add the marshmallows and stir until smooth. Remove from heat and add vanilla.
  3. Pour the marshmallow mixture over the popcorn and gently stir to coat.
  4. Add the Golden Grahams and mix until combined.
  5. Stir in half the chocolate chips, keeping the mixture gentle so they don’t melt completely.
  6. Spread onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet and sprinkle the rest of the chocolate chips on top.
  7. Cool for about 20 minutes, then break apart and enjoy!

Notes

Pro Tip: For extra gooey goodness, drizzle with melted chocolate or toss in a few extra marshmallows before it sets.
