Ingredients

Ingredients
  • Leftover sausage gravy about 1 tablespoon per biscuit
  • 1 can of refrigerated biscuit dough any brand
  • Optional: melted butter for brushing after baking

Method

Instructions
    Freeze the gravy:
    1. Use a cookie scoop or spoon to portion out sausage gravy into silicone mini muffin molds or an ice cube tray. Freeze until solid.
    2. Preheat oven to 350°F.
    3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
    Wrap the bombs:
    1. Flatten each biscuit dough round. Place a frozen gravy cube in the center and wrap the dough around it, pinching to seal. Make sure there are no gaps or cracks.
    Bake:
    1. Place seam side down on the baking sheet. Bake for 20–24 minutes, or until golden brown and fully cooked through (slightly longer than package directions due to the frozen center).
    Serve:
    1. Let cool for a few minutes and enjoy warm! Optional: brush with melted butter before serving.

    Notes

You can freeze a whole batch of gravy bombs unbaked for future use—just add a few extra minutes to the baking time.
